STATEMENT OF FAITH
Bible
The Bible as originally given by God is divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy, and is the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct (2 Tim 3:15-17, 2 Pet 1:20-21.)
Trinity
There is one God, who eternally co-existsin three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Deut 6:4 Matt 28:19.)
Jesus
Our Lord Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. We affirm His virgin birth, sinless humanity, divine miracles, bodily resurrection, and ascension. We affirm that He is the only mediator between God and man and will personally return in power and glory (John 1:14, 1 Tim 2:5.)
Salvation
The salvation of lost and sinful humanity is possible only through the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, received by faith apart from good works and is characterized by the regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit. (Rom 5:9, Tit 3:5-6.)
Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit empowers believers to live a holy life to witness and to work for the Lord Jesus Christ (John 14:26, 1 Cor 2:10-13, 12:4, 7-11.)
Church
The Church, the Body of Christ, consists of all disciples of Jesus Christ (Eph 4:4-6, 1 Cor 12:12-20.)
Life After Death
Ultimately God will judge the living and the dead, those who are in Christ into the resurrection of eternal life and those who are apart from Christ into eternal punishment (Matt 25:46, Rev 21:1-8.)
